While being an RA isn't easy, no one wants to be responsible for getting their peers in trouble, the job has so many life-altering advantages.

I was excited for this RA staff from the beginning. It was my first time being a part of the RA selection process which left me invested in each of their experiences. There have been hills and valleys throughout the years; not one of us, even the Resident Director staff, have been without a challenge but overall this group makes the usually dreadful task of being on-call survivable, and I might even venture to say pretty okay.
